Where’s my 9am PEEPS!!!!! Was a little lonely this morning but thanks to Nat, my personal coach, I was able to keep motivated.

6 rounds + 6 reps Rx, Dball at 125# – which I was regretting at round #5, but I held on. Thrusters got heavy and had to split up eventually; same with the T2B because I was breathing so heavy.

Still feeling it, in a good way of course… Great job 9am/Jeremy 🙂 Thanks again Nat!

30# wall ball for Dballs (Could really use a 40#’r so did 10 reps each round)

9 rounds even with lots of scaling.
45# thrusters because if the gimpy wrist.
Switched to 12 v-sit ups after 4 rounds because of the start of a tear. 🙄
50# D-ball. Wish there was something in between the 50 and 80#.

I’m the worst at pacing, was through 4 rounds around 7 minutes and then there was alot of standing around from then on, this one gave me a crossfit cough, was tough.. I’m with Derek, this might take a bit to be put in the fun category lol
