I hate burpees! So I figured this would be a good one to do…
11 rounds + 9
I should have had the round of 12, but I didn’t think I had the energy. When I finished with 9 I was kicking myself for not pushing it harder.
14 rounds + 11
11 rounds + 10
This was tough with sore legs from Wednesday’s WOD.
10 minutes + 10. Just couldn’t squeeze the 11th in on time.
15 rounds…did not think it would gas me this much….
12 rounds plus 9
then we did tabata sit ups

10. Chasing James (and Mike) on the ice yesterday sapped me.
