All knees to elbows unbroken but I sucked at double unders today…could not for the life of me put more than 8 in a row…enough whining.

This wasn’t so much a workout as it was a lifestyle.
Total time: 32:32 mostly spent on DU’s
First six rounds unbroken K2E
Last two rounds were more like 8+4+3 due to grip
DU’s were lots of attempts counted as reps
Work times: 1:13/1:51/2:56/3:18/4:22/4:24/3:58/3:30 = 25:32

By round 2 my K2E were broken. I pulled a muscle just below my ribs a few days ago making any sort of ab workout difficult. I think the advil kicked in for round 4.
My DU were better than usual. Strung together some nice sets.


DU went really well. K2E were all unbroken. The first 5 of each round were K2E the next 5 were knees to tricepts and the last 5 were more like knees up.

Completely agree with Chantel and Steve, that is a look of pure determination and concentration!!! Thanks for a fun class today Brett and everyone. 18:47 total time, 11:47 working time. Broken after the third set. Great time Kris, you killed it.

Knees to elbows were broken starting with round 4. Towards the end there were a lot of singles.


Total time :30:24 first rd knees to elbow I think I strung about 8 together and there after it was hard to string three together so, I ended up doing mostly singles. In that sense, I had the pleasure of another workout too, step ups onto the box:). Oh, I should also note that my knees touched a good mix of elbows and triceps. Two of the hardest exercises for me so, it was good practice. Thanks Brett.
BTW, Jake I have never seen anyone do knees to elbows so incredibly fast. Way to go!
