Usually I do Karen in 5 minutes or less.

Note to self: Next time use 20 lbs. Bring a stopwatch and aim for at least 12 per minute. This should keep the breaks from dragging out too long and will get it done in 12:30 (in theory).

As fun as Karen looked, I did some strength homework
1) Dips 5xbw/5x5lb/5x10lb/3×15/3×15
2) Pull Ups 5/4×7.5lb (was kipping, so dropped the weight)/3xbw and called it a day

Then did Rhiannon to feel like I did something
