10 rds completed..green band assisted pistols and push-ups from knees! Was a fun workout…the pistols are a challenge and definately harder on the left leg…!


I’m pretty sure it was 9 rnds, as rx’d + a squat a leg
tough one, had some pretty ugly ones in there, got easier for a bit once the brain figured out what was going on
