As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes:
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
10 Alternating Single Leg Squats (pistols)
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 95#/65#

This was only my second workout in 2 weeks and I felt it! Really focused on the hspu, managed to do them all strict. Got a great tip from Laura that really helped. Great job 6am

HSPU from 20″ box
Pistols on side of box with 2.5lb plate under heel, can do right leg, left leg sucks!
SDLHP @ 55#, in sets of 5 for 3 rnds then 5/4/3/3 and /4/4/4/3

Used 0.5 pood for counter on pistols; rest as Rx’d
Limiting factor was the HSPU …singles and the odd double after the first round

Really slow on the HSPU’s – turned into doubles and singles really quick.

.5 pd KB counter balance on pistols. Quite a few little foot touches and drags but lots of improvement here.
SDLHP makes me sweat till I bleed.

Pistols were with a .5 pd counter for the first 2 rounds .7 pd for the last 3 rounds.
