Work to your heaviest load in the following complex:

Thruster X 2 (from floor)/3 Push Jerks

Snow day – did at home.
95-100-105-110-115-120-125
130 – 2nd thruster was snaky, failed third jerk.
I was sure going in that the thrusters would fail way before the jerks. It was pretty much a tie.


Tough to drag my butt out of bed on the 1st day of vacation…
Worked up to 180. Felt like there was a bit (maybe 5#) more there but time was up. Nice work 9am and thanks Josh
