I like these choose your own adventure WOD’s.
Stayed at 20# for all the wallballs, seemed to give enough of a burn at that weight and I wanted to push the jerk loads.

3. 15/10/5, 225#, 2:46
4. 15/10/5, 235#, 4:10, missed the 5th jerk so had to take a bit of a break before the last one.
5. 10/10/5/1/1/1/1/1 (wanted rest), 245# (1,2,2), 10:00.

Hit the 6pm class tonight and found that I was the only one doing the class workout.

4. 20lb med ball 6/6/6/6/6 195lb Push Jerk from the floor – unbroken (5:50)
5. 20lb med ball 5/5/5/5/5/5 215lb Push Jerk from the floor – unbroken (7:11 took an extra minute rest on this round which is reflected in the round time)
Ok…I wasn’t totally all by myself. Todd did the workout with me as well and Sarah did a bunch of med ball cleans with me too.
