100/105/110/115/120/125 + 130X1
In BC working out with the Crossfit BC guys at Evolution Fitness. Their WOD was pick it up and put it overhead. 8000lbs. I did 95lbs x 85. Power snatched the first 20, then clean and pressed the rest. 9:35. I ended up doing 10,000 for fun as I was 80% of the way there anyways. Did a 400m run after in a misty rain in North Vancouver, then did a 185lb bench x3, since I was missing this in Calgary.
I think the next time I need to rest more between sets.
