My 3 resolutions for the coming year are (in no particular order) 1. achieve a kipped pull-up (even more than one) 2. reduce any rest times during timed WOD’s 3. nail those double-unders

I might have gotten the new PR of 170 if I had not done so many heavy reps leading up to it.

In BC working out with the Crossfit BC guys at Evolution Fitness. Their WOD was pick it up and put it overhead. 8000lbs. I did 95lbs x 85. Power snatched the first 20, then clean and pressed the rest. 9:35. I ended up doing 10,000 for fun as I was 80% of the way there anyways. Did a 400m run after in a misty rain in North Vancouver, then did a 185lb bench x3, since I was missing this in Calgary.
