“Starting Strength” routine
Back Squat: 225×1, 245×2(PR)+1(f), 245×1+1(f), 225×2, 225×2
Bench Press 157×5×2
Power Cleans 157×5(PR), 157×4+1(f), 157×5
Bwt=161lb
Felt tired today, 245# squat felt MUCH heavier than Monday’s 240#. Didn’t even come close to 3 sets of 5 reps.
