Looking forward to this one!!

Is this how you schedule forced rest days?

man up Cory 😉

Rest day! bye bye!

20:06…worked very hard on wattage ( averaged 181) and stroke (24).

If there is anyone who needs to man up it’s you, Alvin.

23:41…thought this was going to be tough…but it wasn’t bad. Thanks, DJ.

19:16…1:55/500m average/26s/m average
This was really hard!!! Felt like quitting at 2500, then 3000, then 4000, then when DJ told me to sprint at 250 m left (yeah right). Sprinted the last 100m, if you want to call it a sprint 1:45/500m rate, then fell off the rower and lay on the floor for a bit. Well good luck all, have fun!

jhk,

sub 20 min is a great time!

18:54, was too tired to look at anything else.
I think the amount of sweat pouring off my face offended the people next to me…………………….

19:47
Been gunning for sub 20 min for a while!!

18:53

Damper at 6.25

Rebecca: 22:31

21:41
damper at 7
a real mental challenge!

21:46

Pulled shoot on this one

Did Randy today instead 6:00 as rx’d. Thanks for timing, counting and cheering me on Katie and Kim. Great job to everyone in the 6pm class it looked like everyone was pushing really hard. Thanks Trevor.

21:04 damper at 5.5. First time doing this distance…..not a fun distance! Thanks Trevor for the push at the end.

21:59 – My first time with this one too, it was hard to tell how hard to push, but Trevor I did appreciate the push at the end – I heard you that time;) Chelsea you are just incredibly fast – way to go.

did yesterdays, “Randy” as rx’d – 4:31
Definitely more muscle snatches than power snatches. Did at the gym at work without bumper plates so they were all controlled lowering, no drops.

bmyles, is that you doc? Youre a rowing machine! I lost your card shoot me an email at headofnickels11 at hotmail dot com

22:58 – Still had some left in me at the end. Must push myself harder the next time. It was hard to judge how much to push myself as I did not want to run out of steam for a long row like this.

23:41 – ya, slow, but this one was just because rowing is like an albatros around my neck!

21:18
Damper=7
Never got winded-just tried to find pace that kept legs from burning out.
Pace was roughly 2:00/2:10/2:20/2:10/2:00-backed off too much in the middle.

22:26 with damper @ 6.
My pace for the first 1/2 was between 2:10 to 2:15 and the second 1/2 was 2:15 to 2:20 with a sprint for the last 100m. My average 500m pace was approx. 2:15.
I’m not sure I could have pushed much harder today.
Great job Lynette!!!
