B. 12:26
PC’s rx’d
RD – rounds of 21 and 18 rx’d. Got about 5 reps into the round of 15 and realized that I was not going to finish the workout today. Went to having a toe on a box.

A) Up to 115#

B) 15:19 – Used 85# for the cleans and a yellow band for the dips.

For some reason this one was really mentally and physically tough and I didn’t want to finish. Glad I showed up and got it done anyway. Collar bone is slightly wrecked so I’ve got to work on getting my elbows up when I’m tired. 😂 Thanks Derek!

A. Up to 165#

B. 13:24

Ring rows scaled off one toe

Thanks Ragnar

OMG I was in a weird state this morning. My goal was to focus on cycling using a heavier weight. I got the weight right but my timing was so “off”. So I used the first 21 to get my clean right from my knees for the first 15 reps, which worked.

I was determined to stay positive and focused in spite of my poor “spirit” this morning so I focused on cycling stages 9,6,3 which made me feel way better about my mental toughness and my confidence to push through “weakness”.

My dips sucked but I did 5 reps unassisted at the end to restore my faith. Oh well… my suffering today will be useful tomorrow…or maybe the next day… or later.

Giving my self a hug and moving on.

Love gymnastic/weightlifting couplets, felt like I broke the sets up well.
10:10.

14:24
Weight rx
Banded dips
Broke up all sets into 3 or 4 sets
Thanks Brett
