MASTERS EVENT 6/For time:

Buy-in for each interval:

75 double unders

15 chest to bar pull-ups, then

Max Echo bike (erg) cals in time remaining or until total calories reached. – 65/95 cals

REST 1:00

Time cap: 11 minutes

*Interval 1 is 4 mins, interval 2 is 3 minutes, interval 3 is 2 minutes.  Rest 1:00 after each interval.

Coach’s notes:

Post cals per interval and total cals reached or time to complete all cals.
