Failed at 95 – stuck in the squat


20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55
Failed at 55 x 3


75×3, 80 x2, 85×2, 90×2, 95×2, 100×2


135×3, 145×3, several sets of 115×3-5 to get the timing going. Still get on the toes sometimes instead of the heels but getting better going under the bar. Next time will be a good test to really start loading weight towards my 1rm OVHS and see if I can get under.
Sidenote: Going to be making a weightlifting shoe order and shipping it to my sister in Idaho (6 hours away). Shipping is only 13 to U.S, I believe over 50 here, so if anyone else is interested, check out http://www.dynamic-eleiko.com/, and let me know in the next couple days.

singles for 72, 77, 82, 87 then failed at 90
