50 Cal Row or Assault
50 Burpees
50 Knee to Elbows

Worked on triple unders and GHD sit-ups.
Assault bike: 15s work/45s rest, 8intervals: 96cal
EMOM 5min: 15sec Explosive (jumping) push-ups onto lowest step (approx 12″).
Smashed out tight traps and neck.

Rx’ed the reps, but scaled the med ball to 14lbs. Couldn’t figure out the kipping technique for knees-to-elbows so that really killed my time.
