A1.  Kettlebell Swings – 20 (unbroken) X 5-7 sets, rest approx. 90s

A2.  Wallballs – 10 reps (unbroken) X 5-7 sets, rest approx. 90s

Notes:  Increase height and/or weight.

A3.  Triple Unders – AMRAP in 60s X 5-7 sets, rest approx. 90s

Jumped into the WOD to what I could do after a few days of after holiday workouts. I’m so tired. I know. No one cares. Another fun day.

A1. Got to 15 good reps with 2 pood.
Not back to my pre-COVID strength but getting closer:)

A2. Worked up to 30# wall ball. Felt good but that damn thing really pushed back.

A3. Little nervous about jump rope with crappy feet but I have to get my feet to heal somehow. My feet are sore but performed well with less sharp pains.


A1. 2.0 pood good, 2.5 pood not so good. Could only get about 15 solid reps before I struggled. Having said that, the last time I picked this sucker up for 15-16 months ago????
A2. Wallballs are hard, managed to get the 30# ball to 10 feet. This is about my limit.
A3. Hit a few OK sets, this still needs work. Did 10-15 reps per round.


A1) 1.5/2.0/2.5/2.5/2.5 with pause at top
A2) 30# to top of rig mostly, messed with the 50# dball for the last set mostly to around 9-10 ft line.
