7:20 for pushups (form/reps fairly broken for the final 20)

1:38-vertical jumps(attempted 18″) apparently I can not jump very high
6:22-push-ups from rings quickly went from 5 to 1-3
3:48-KB swings(1.0)

C: 3:55 using 1pd 32/15/13/10/5 grip just went at the end
A: 2 mins, used middle bar (15″ over reach) and hit bottom of palm, so would be about 18″
D: 4:30 ish using 10# hammer, probably would have used the out, but only found it after……..
B: 8:44 from knees 10/5 X 3 then 4’s finishing of with 3/3/2/2
Actually can hold my position better than n the floor! Think it has to do with wrist position……..
