CrossFit Calgary Kids is hosting a CrossFit Kids Summer Olympics class this Sunday at 2-3pm for kids aged 6-12. A limited number of drop in spots are available at $14/child for the class.  Please contact CHANTAL at Chantal_theberge@hotmail.com to reserve your spot prior to Sunday.

4 hours after the run:
Day 1 of my twice a week 20-rep squat experiment.
Tried 157lb. Failed at 15 reps, my mid-line was so violently shaking that I got scared and racked the bar for 20 sec. Then finished the last 5 reps. Will be 157 again next time. (bwt=152) I think I need someone to yell at me while I’m doing this…
