30# x 4 sets, then 35# last 3 but they weren’t as pretty, and we all know Crossfit is all about looking pretty!!!

I failed on the 3rd rep of 180. Lost confidence in my pull and was nowhere near getting under it. Previous 1RM was 180, so it was a slight improvement.

95/135/165/185/185/195 (failed 3rd…due to crappy coordination)/205×2 (didn’t try a 3rd on this one)

This was my first time ever doing these with any kind of decent weight. Great lift, but tough with the combination of limited flexibility/extra big arms.
