15 R Arm DB Power Snatch

15 L Arm DB Power Snatch

30 KB Swings

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 45 lb DB for power snatch, gals use 25 lbs and 2.0 pood and 1.5 pood respectively for swings.  Post time to complete to comments.

I never thought that the GHD was that comfortable!

I wish I loved back extensions that much!

I have to agree Audra, you look far too happy in that picture.

At home – used our unisex KB (1.25 pood) and our manliest DB (35 lbs)


Used 1.5 pood KB and 40# DB
still took me 24:27.
