Coach’s notes:  Guys use 135 lbs. for the clean and gals 95 lbs. or definitely scale if needed.  If you cannot do ring dips, sub jumping ring dips, jumping ring holds or push-ups depending on ability.  Post time to complete to comments.

This was a tough one for me with the rings, so after attempting a few times couldn’t do them so did mens push up from the toes and 38lb cleans in 9:35. I love stregnth days!


Was a tough one, but as Rx’d 28:40. Got a lot of crazy looks at the globo gym when I lost my balance and dumped the bar on the cleans. Good times….lol.

Sub’d 2 parallette dips fo each ring dip (44/30/18)
Cleans at Rx’d 95lbs

First time on cleans – used 67 lbs, trying to get that darn feeling!

Substituted dips for a ring lowering, then box-tricep dips, pushups or assisted dip machine on very low weight for double reps

-Class was packed so I had to improvise, when’s the new facility open ? 🙂
