Come out and RUN JUMP SQUAT DANCE THROW PULL LAUGH PUSH SING PRESS LIFT SKIP PLAY with your energetic 2 1/2 to 5 year old @ CFCHQ’s. Classes are parented and run for 40 minutes. Monthly membership is $40 and drop-in rate is $12/class.

After finally getting used to the long skipping ropes at CFC going back to a short rope downtown was giving me some problems. KB swings were straight through, but the pull-ups were broken up quickly.

I got more rest during this than I wanted. I could barely do 4 PU in a row after the DU’s and the KB’s. DU’s fell apart after first set too.
