Did running at Talisman Centre Running Track. Inside lane is 200m per lap.
400m @80% = 1:34.44
400m @90% = 1:24.81
400m @100% = 1:19.43
Was so gassed from the 400’s that I collapsed after 600m on the first 800…so 2:28
#2 did 600m again = 2:34
#3 800m = 3:38
