Judy – 14:57 – 53 lb SDLHP & pushup from knees…did the first 15 pushups by pushing up from knees and lowering slowly down from toes…took too long for this WOD..will practice this from now on

11:40 as rx’d-(push ups first and broken except for first round) – fun class, Gina and Anita you are both so strong and helped to keep me going. Thanks Brett! Holy smoke Krista – you are a push up machine, WOW! In fact, all of the above times are amazing- tlaw, are you able to move now?!


13:10 as rx’d. Push ups were very slow. Great work ladies in the 7pm class. Thanks Brett for the great class but certainly not the oregano oil, still burns:)

SDLHP felt really heavy and the push-ups were a struggle after the first 10. This was a tough one for me!

Doing a lot of push ups is always a challenge for me. Ended up doing sets of 3 and 2 by the last two sets.

SDLHP’s felt strong up until the final set.

Fun final WOD as a CFC member…and I beat Alvaro….
