Outdoor Partner WOD

  1.  10 – 150m sprints.  Start as a group each time, rest 30s from when the last person crossed the line.
  2. Alternating (one person working at a time) in Partners complete:

200 Air Squats
200m Bear Crawl
200 Single Leg Hops (alternate legs each set)
200 Mountain Climbers
200 Switch Lunges

Post time for sprints and time to complete chipper to comments.

Grateful to be in the Great outdoors for this one.
the sprints were really interesting – 100 m in, my motivation seemed to pull up/ weird.
my partner and i managed a pretty respectable set of squats, but the Bear Crawl certainly was a challenge. the Hops went fine, but the mountain climbers were almost as bad as the Bear Crawl.
and the switch Lunges actually were just lunges in groups of 10 or so.

Great to be back at it, cant imagine spending my Saturday morning anywhere else!!
