TT WOD – Partner:

With a 25 minute time cap in partners (one working at a time) complete:

Isabel
Double Grace
Triple Fran

Then complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of Cindy alternating each round in the time remaining.

WOD:

Alternating Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes complete:

15/12 Cal Row
18 Wallballs – 20#/14#

Rxd until the 7th round, then went down to 12 cals and 15 WB. Basically 19.1 all over again. But longer. 🙃


Very similar to Open 19.1.
On a percentile basis Open WOD 19.1 was my worst ranking of the 5 weeks. Made a commitment to spend more time on WOD’s like this.
Row – total of 125 calories. Average of 12.5 per round.
WB’s – rx’d. Did 10/8 every round except the final round where I did 3 sets.

Partner wod with Kimmer who convinced me to Rx the entire thing (by accidentally tricking me into heavier snatches 🙃 Of which she then did probably 23 or 24 of). Thanks for carrying the team 😘

We made it to our third round of Fran. 5 thrusters into the round of 9 at the buzzer.

That was actually so much fun. Thanks for pushing me, Kim! Feels good to work hard again after being in a bit of a gym rut.

Special shoutout to my two gal friends, Rae-Leigh and Stacey, for dropping in and kicking ass! And for bringing a puppy as a bonus. Thanks for coming ❤️


Michelle was back in the box today and she jumped in with me and Bryan. Her presence was the only thing that made triple Grace bearable.
Weights for each were:
Michelle: 55/85/45
Bryan: 95/115/75
Sandy: 65/75/45
Broke it down like this:
Spilt Isabel and Grace up 50/50 with me and Michelle working at the same time. We did 5/5 for both.
For Fran we broke up each round into sets of 3 with Bryan doing most of the pull-ups and Michelle and I taking the bulk of the thrusters. In retrospect I’m not sure this was the smartest plan.
Was doing okay until 1/2 way through the second Fran.
Finished in 24:15. I think Bryan and Michelle each got a round of Cindy while I laid on the floor dying.

So excited to see you Michelle and had s blast doing the WOD together!
