As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:
15 Dumbbell Squat Snatch – 45#/30#
10 Shuttle Runs – 20 feet
5 Bar Muscle-ups
*For the dumbbell squat snatch alternate hands every 5 reps, 5 left, 5 right, 5 left, next round, 5 right, etc. For the shuttle run, you must touch each “end line” with your hand. Traverse 20 feet and touch, equals one rep, complete 10 touches each round.
