TT WOD – Snatch:

A.  Snatch High Pull/Power Snatch/Snatch Balance – 2/2/2 X 7-8 sets, rest 90-120s

B.  Snatch Grip BTN Press – 4 reps X 5 sets, rest approx. 90s
