Felt good to do first WOD after injuring my back …still a little tentative. Double-unders broken and legs felt like lead. As rxd= 6:40.

Did this one at lunch in a large parking lot 🙂
Tried to tighten up the middle numbers better this week as I went out and died like a pig last Friday. Seems to have worked! DU’s were UB.

Had to do this at home! This is all I heard…… “GO LADY GO”!!! I love the little kids across the street!!! 🙂


5:44, no joke Trevor, it’s just what it was.
Funny story, sort of. Was sprinting the last 20m back into the fire hall in the last round as I heard the tones go off and we headed to a gas leak. When I got to the scene, I think the contractor that hit the gas line thought he just met the most out of shape fireman ever because it appeared that all I did was step off the truck and yet I was pouring in sweat from just fininshing he WOD.

Decided to use the wire rope for the first time in a WOD because my shoulders were still tired from Fran. Big mistake! Had to change ropes in the second round because I just couldn’t get reps going. In turn I wasted a lot of time with multiple failed reps, going across the gym to get a different rope, putting knots in it and then getting used to the change. All DU’s should have been unbroken. 🙁
