Reminder - CFC Recreational Coordinator, Coach Chelsea has planned a hike for anyone interested this Saturday, Sept.22 to the Wind Ridge Trail just outside of Canmore. We are meeting at noon in the Schanks parking lot and will carpool from there. The hike will be a couple of hours so please plan accordingly. As always everyone is invited so feel free to bring family and friends.

Dropped it to 135 for the rest. Had to stop after 4 rounds.

Awesome class Colin and Laura. I’m just going to say that waking up for the 6:00 a.m. classes, which I thought I was allergic to, is an amazing way to start the day!

Runs sucked, legs felt like rubber (biked 21 km to work today there and back, first time in 4 months, probably the reason)

Scaled to 135# for the PJ:

7/3; 6/4; 5/5; 6/4; 6/4, these did not seem to be the problem, it was the running that hurt the time.
