I worked on DU during rest time
Thanks for the coaching OG! Great technique tips for me to work on.


Power cleans 75/85/90/95/100/105/110 (PR!)
The last 2 were a bit sloppy with my elbows coming through, so there’s something to work on.

On jumps my reach was a couple inches above the plastic.
And worked on handstand holds between sets.
A fun 6am class once I got my energy going!

Jumps 1″ before the 12′ line consistently.
