How many Crossfit dudes does it take to change a tire on a Beamer? I guess more than it takes to phone AMA
It has nothing to do with the Beamer. It is all about the driver!!!
It definitely took longer than it should have to change that tire, however we felt that a consultative approach with a larger group would yield better results in the long term 😉 I’ll have to concede that at the point in time when this pic was snapped it does look like a gov’t operation… Let the heckling begin!
Our service is way better! When was the last time AMA sent 4 good looking guys to change a young ladies tire? Wait to you see our second act……..
Anyone can change a tire. They could have rolled the beamer to the curb, pushed it up the hill, and walking lunged it back down. Lets see AMA bang that out.
A) worked up to 85 (I believe, correct me if I’m wrong Maria)
B) worked up to 80 and ran out of time
A. 45/50/55/65/75/85 Affirmative, Rene, on your post
B. 65/75/80/80/85 Thought I did 6 sets…oh well, 85 felt like the limit, anyway.
Thanks, Trevor. Fun to share the bar w/ you, Rene
Nice on Coach Erin’s beamer team.
Colin, I read your post too late last night, but wanted to comment on your Dodgeball commentary. That was funny Sh*t! Thanks.
I would definitely take these guys over AMA any day. Nolan what is this second act you speak of?
Chelsea, the second act will be how quickly we can devour some paleo baking 😉
All I have to say is that his damsel in distress couldn’t thank these men enough for coming to her rescue. And lets be honest its way more fun to watch these men do it then call AMA. I think my favorite moment was when Nolan got out the instruction manual for some helpful tips….a true man reads instructions!….. And Alvaro the driver is perfect thank you!
Your paleo baking will be delivered in the next week boys!

I like the valuable information you supply in your articles. I will bookmark your blog and check once more here regularly. I’m relatively certain I will learn lots of new stuff proper here! Best of luck for the following!
All the covers have the skimmer hovering over a citgy, zapping a ship etc. Its artistic license, not something that happens in the book :)I wouldn’t be so sure about the 8 books thing. IIRC it was originally meant to be 5 or 6 books, but the plot-line of ‘book 1′ ended up taking all of book 1 and book 2. It was then re-plotted out for 8 books. If you look at the rest of Weber’s work, i think it’s probably a safe guess that the trend has continued through the rest of the series. Personally, i think it might go on for a little more than 8 books.
