6 rounds of alternating Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 18 minutes of:

Double Unders
Toes to Bar
Kettlebell Swings – 1.5/1.0 pood

Post reps per round and all totals to comments.

DUs – about 40-50 singles per round and worked in a DU every 5th or so jump (struggled in the final 2 rounds though)
T2B – 5 per round
KB swings – 15 per round @ 1.5

1. 100/20/20, decided this was going to be a little pushed so backed of on T to B and KB.

Total 590/100/105
Pace worked. Managed to keep the double unders unbroken except for round 4, 1 trip equals 10 lost reps. Dropping to 15 for T to B and KB swings allowed me to push the last set of KB swings unbroken.


DU – 50/50/40/40/30/30 = 240
T2B – 15/15/15/10/15 = 70
KB – 15 each round @ 1.25 = 75
