Tried to keep a steady pace throughout. Chris flew through this workout. Thanks OG . I’d give you a high-five but I can’t raise my arms 😊 Great work 6am

Pushups from the knees. I broke the first 100 up with some situps- 80pushups,25 situps, 10pushups, 25 situps, 10pushups, finish situps. Did the rest of the workout in order.

Glad I got up this morning! Good work 6am =)

Almost all push-ups from knees.

I was in a rush this AM and knew I would be longer if I did it straight thru.

28 mins. Still slower than Chris.

Ran 6km at lunch as well.
