1 mile run

3 rounds for time of:

25 Ring dips

25 Kettlebell swings

25 Double unders

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood (55 lbs), gals use 1 pood (35 lbs).  Post time to comments.

I’ve seen that look before…
park workout with mimimal equipment
21,18,15,12,9,6,3 reps rounds for time of
double unders
walking lunge steps per leg
push up burpies
med ball cleans (5.5kg)

my double unders were by far the toughest today as I really couldn’t get a rhythm going. Maybe due to not enough bounce off a brick surface.

First time able to do Double unders in a row. Up to 14 or so.
Dumbell swings broken in half for each round
Ring dips 2 or 3 at a time. The big consumer of time in this WOD.

sub ring dips for jumping ring dips with lower + pushups

about 34 minutes


Did 1600m row instead of run (sore ankle) – 5:54

30:14….the row totally did me in I was gassed….this workout was the closest to puking I have been since I started crossfit in March…very humbling workout….I had absolutely no jump for the DU’s…but I learned a lot and this workout provided me with a serious gut check and reminded me that I have come a long way but I still have tons of learning to do…


This was one tough workout. Hopefully I will be able to use my arms to sit up in bed tomorrow morning….

Adelle with modifications – rings dips down and push-up from the floor, KB at 12 kg. = 25:44
