The recent max height box jump wod really helped me do wods above 20″


Did this one at the “Y” this morning and it felt quite slow because I had to wait for my buddy to get off the only available box before I could jump, a couple of times. As rx’d = 13:12

Only did 2.1.1.1… because I tore and had to do a different grip.


11:52. Box jumps as Rx’d. SDLHP at 75# and focussed on keeping solid form all the way through to the end. Back felt great all the way through.

Had to red-line it to get that time though, which caused me to be inefficient.
Sore and tired and my posterior was cranky today: 30″ felt huge, no rythym.

14:50 with 30″ box jump and 85# SDLHP. I didn’t think I would be able to stay at 30″ through all the reps but it wasn’t as bad as I thought.

Forcing myself to take some rest days so did hot yoga then a very light 4K row. Felt good to move. Nice job to the people in the 6pm class some really good energy in there. Rebecca I need to learn how to do box jumps like you!
