It is always good to work on this stuff. The snatch grip DL is a very interesting lift.
Of course my favourite is front squat (not).

Did 4 rounds of:
15 - pullups
12 - 24″ box jumps, full extension standing on top
9 - burpees
6 - 2 pood kettlebell swings

A Stayed around 225 to 245 trying to dial in form.
B Got to 175.

B. 135/185/195/205/215/235 My 1RM prior to this was 235# so I was happy to get 2 reps in at 235#.

B. made 285 failed 290


A) Worked up to 222 this morning then jumped in on Erin’s bar this evening and pulled an ugly 245.
B) Was going well until I started to see spots on the 2nd lift at 175. Stopped for a while and then jumped in on Erin’s bar again and got 175 for 2.
Also did 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders with 10 burpees in between each set 4:36ish (clock troubles).
Thanks Michelle. Erin that 215 Front Squat for 2 was ridiculous!!!

A) Worked up to 250- that was heeaavvyy. Used hook grip…ewww.
B ) worked up to 160 but only did one then failed the second. I dropped in weight to work on form…I need to work on not curling into a ball at the bottom.
