LOVE this dude!! (you too Coach ;) ) He was so huge I just wanted to get a hug from him but thought it might be weird to ask him…….

15:20 as Rx’d. Everything took long….
Thanks OG and Laura

14:05 w/ 58# beat my last time by 1:46 yay!
Thanks Laura

18:28 made it to the top of the rope 2 times plus one half-way, used 52# for Push Press.
I liked this one, but my hands are sore this morning after all that pulling and pressing.
Thanks Laura.

@ CrossFit O-Town in Ottawa

As many sets as possible in 12 minutes:

3 Thrusters @ 135#
7 Plyo Pushups
3 Thrusters @ 135#
7 Squat Jumps

6 rounds +3+3

13:39 - subbed rope climbs with 5 ring rows per climb instead, due to pulling a lower ab muscle.

Thanks Evan!

9:30 with a few Push Jerks sneaked in until Colin called me on my Sh!t.
I really thought this one would be more fun because I like all three of the movements, but it wasn’t. It wasn’t any fun at all.
With the exception of course of the wonderful camaraderie of the 5pm crew and Colins’ coaching.

About 17:04 which is about 2 min slower than last time, however this is probably because my rope climbs got way higher today, and took me a little longer. Push press used 63lb. The row actually felt god tonight….
Still like ths WOD! Thanks Colin!

8:22, harder than it should have been. Good WOD Coach!
Thanks Colin, good job 8pm’ers!

Need to get rowing again. Great WOD

Congrats to Sam on getting his kipping pullups tonight! As well congrats to Ashley on getting the “J-Hook” and climbing up the rope! Good job tonight guys!

Had to take it easy today after experiencing the concerning post Monday WOD effects. Was also absolutely ridiculously terrified of rope climbs today. They always scare me, but today was a whole different story. Did one then slipped on my second climb which increased my fear yet again. Decided to just move on and get the rest done.
Started push press (53#) at 6:30 and finished the leisurely row at 17:23

Thanks Colin!

Wow, some incredible achievements today!!! Way to go everyone!

Made it up the rope twice (woot woot happy dance), half way twice, and a quarter up last go.
Push Press 65lbs as Rx’d
Row mo fo
Time: LONG, but fun.

I really liked this WOD!

Thank you Kat for partnering with me and keeping me going. Great job Ash getting up the rope, and Trev….you are a machine. Thanks for all the help with the rope.

Love the energy, everyone did such a great job! That’s what’s up 8 pmers!

Thanks Barry White, I mean OG…..love how you push me to do my best. Bring me some rhubarb and I will make you a fruit crisp!

11:45, rope pulls from floor (total 15 pulls). #65 push press
Thx for the coaching Colin!

9:29

Need to get myself to class early enough to do a proper warm-up. Alvaro is starting to wear off on me… ;)

14:30
I’m pretty terrible at a lot of movements, but rope climbs might be my worst. I got up once, then two attempts where I didn’t get to the top. Then did some pulls from the ground. 75# push press that felt real heavy. Today was definitely one of those “valleys” that Coach talks about. On to the next one.
Thanks Colin!

Oh ya and a very long row…;)
