Movement quality is still improving. All squat cleans this time. No power clean + front squats.
Dips in general and ability to suffer are the roadblocks to faster.

Significantly slower than last time, however I did not use squat cleans last time…. Dips with a toe on a box, probably could have made these a little harder some how.
