Runs slow, KB unbroken, pull-ups in sets of 2 or 3, except for the last few were singles.
last time I did this was 2012…. Faster than today but used 2 bands for pull ups…

B) 1 Deadlift EMOM for 10min 255#
C) WTD DB box step-ups 30#/35/35/40/40/40 on a 20″ box
D) push press worked up to a single at 145# then 2 EMOM for 10 min 125#
