Did 1 drop set at 225 – 4 reps.

A2: 283, 283, 292, 286, 291 – avg=287. PR by 4″. Had an average of 283″ back in 2011. Done a bunch of time since and was always less.

B: Strung a couple of MU together.

Previous 5rm:
Jan. 2014 – 80lbs. I have no record of ever reaching any higher than this for a 5 rep.
Dec. 2015 – 100×3
Jan. 2016 – 102.5×3
A2: 244″ was my best jump tonight. I jumped in socks because I can’t wear shoes right now. I have a nasty blister on my heel from hiking on the weekend. I have a record of 249″ a few years ago.
