Scaled back to 65# for these. Time was 10:40


8:27 scaled to 115#.


6:45 scaled to 89lbs


Adelle did 4:50 scaled to 49 lbs – should use more next time
Rick did 5:48 scaled to 85 lbs – could go up next time


An unsatisfying workout – can’t handle much load, can’t do it very fast, not great form.
88 lbs. – 5:07


Neil 110 lbs – 7:23
Judy 48 lbs full squat cleans – 7:06

was at 22 reps at 3:20 then I failed reps 23, 25, and 27…I also shoulder pressed about 8 reps…first time with Grace but I cannot help but feel somewhat disappointed with outcome…the failed reps added at least a minute of time plus a lot of frustration…

Building confidence with heavy loads. Very hard cleans due to lack of flexibility in my left wrist and easy Jerks.
