A) worked up to 85, failed a couple of times and succeeded a couple of times.
B) worked up to 80 x 2 then had to go.

Everyone wants to get stronger, but nobody wants to lift heavy ass weight!


I love the heavy days!
A: Worked up to 135, but could only manage 1 rep.
B: Same as part A. Was hoping for more but felt awkward coming out of the hang position.

A. Worked up to 67# - I was going slow here
B. 82# felt much better….. Prob cause I was warmed up! Haha

Nothing noteworthy today. Still getting over last week’s stomach flu. Still glad I went and practiced these complex lifts.
A: up to 64.5#, but I slightly pressed out the second rep
B: up to 57# - apparently I need to stop lifting like a girl

A. Worked up to 87# stayed here for a couple sets b/c needed to work on locking out arm rather than pressing it
B. went to 92# like the full squat much better than power … Stayed here for a couple (see above)

Worked up to 105 in both parts.
My biceps,deltoids,lats,rhomboids, hip flexors, glutes, quads, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, soleus, and feet are killing me from Monday’s workout ;)
