A. 50 Med Ball Clean Wallball

40 Double Unders
Rest 2:00
C. 3 Rounds for time:
Run 400m
20 Ring Push-ups
Coach’s notes: Guys use 20# and gals 14# for clean wallball. Post time for each set and order. Rest exactly 2:00 between all sets.

C. 12:16 scaled the first two runs to 200m & 10 ring push-ups from knees then switched to the floor for the other 10 for the 3 sets. Finished the last run as 400m.

C. 10:32 Ring Pushups were ridiculously slow. Interesting WOD, I am wondering what the difference in times would be if the order was mixed up. Great job everyone in the 9:30 class.

C. 12:37 Ring pushups especially Round 3 were mostly 1s couple 2s - but definitely difficult for me today! I was actually liking the run!!! only because my arms were toast for the PU’s!
