20:52 at home. Kept the runnin pace at 7.0, but arms were WEAK after yesterday’s WOD.

17:00 Rowed instead of ran which probably had some influence on why my pushups were a little tough.

Still struggling with runs a little, getting better every time.
As far as push ups go I don’t think I’ve ever done that many.

Totally Slayed me. Stuck to my convictions to stay with strict p/u’s, performed 110 that way, but time became the limiting factor, and switched to knees for the remaining P/U.
Runs also killed me today, only completed the first two runs w/o stopping.
Time = 27:35 I will improve on this for sure.
