Did this one at the YMCA this morning with some pals. They actually had 2 - 2 pood KB’s.
1/3:28, 2/3:20, 3/3:35, 4/3:39 , wheels fall off the bus at this point on the farmers walk, 5/4:20 , 6/4:38. Burpees unbroken.
I find it very interesting when you have a WOD where you look forward to the burpee over box jumps as the relief part of the WOD….thanks coach.

w/ 1.5 poods and 18″ box
1. 3:30
2. 3:21
3. 3:11
4. 4:44
5. 4
6. 4:16
Agreed OG - it was very strange to look forward to the burpee part!
Thanks for the cheering Laura!

Good luck this weekend to the whole awesome, superstar team & Coach Chelsea!

Heavy Deadlifts and Hot Yoga, such a good combo.
5RM DL 385
Then did 3@395 and 1@405
3 X 25 pull-ups unbroken.
Grip endurance is the limiting factor for my pull-ups. If I can get that back, I’m of the mind that I could kip my way to well over 50 these days. Currently still come off the bar at 35ish.

@ Bob Niven Training Centre

70.5# Kettlebells
2.75 laps of the indoor gym = 200m

Brutal WOD….loved it.

1) 4:04
2) 4:19
3) 4:36
4) 4:45
5) 4:53
6) 4:32
Total working time 27:09
Burpees unbroken, broke the walks 2-4 times.
Kind of liked this one, in a demented sort of way.

Felt pretty ballsy today and decided it would be a good idea to attempt the Hero WOD on Mainsite, J.J.
Got through half of it with rx’d weight on the bar for the cleans and modified the HSPU just from the floor not on the parallettes.
It may not have been pretty most of the time but im just happy i did half. The cleans felt pretty good only missed 2. HSPU’s became negatives really fast, need to really work on these. All in all a pretty good workout even if it was a gong show.

And good luck to everyone going to Vancouver this weekend, go kick some ass and show’em how we roll at CFC!! :)

As Rx’d:
2:29 / 2:40 / 2:56 / 2:55 / 3:17 / 3:05
Total working time = 17:22
Thanks Colin.

As rx’d:
2:42/2:45/2:51/3:05/3:08/3:11
By the end I was holding onto my kbs with my fingertips. That was tough!
Nice work Anna and Alex. Thanks Colin for the encouragement/coaching!

2 Pood:

2:16 / 2:30 / 2:56 / 3:11 / 3:18 / 3:24

Great job Anna and Katie! You guys rocked!

Thanks Colin for yelling at me when I put down the KBs!!!

2:56/2:42/2:47/2:58/2:59/3:30 all with 1 very heavy pood
Alex and Katie - amazing job! Colin, thanks for being our one man cheering squad.
Blaine - I got my first 4 DUs (not in a row) with the plastic handle rope! Thanks for the tip!

Well, things didn’t go well today. My calf started cramping up in the first round. Decided to step over the box and decrease the kb weight to 0.7 pood for the remaining 5 rounds. Still took it slow to prevent more cramping which was partially successful.
4:17/3:21/3:17/3:32/3:25/3:28 total working time 21:20

Thanks Colin!

2pd wasn’t in the cards, so I stuck it out with 1.5pd instead.
2:41 / 2:44 / 3:14 / 3:16 / 3:14 / 3:02

Thanks Colin! Great work 8pm crew.

39 minutes, 2pood, jumping on top of the box and no rest :)

Forgot my paper!!! 38 something. All rounds between 3:50 and I think 4:33 was the longest.
1.25 pood and jumped on top of the box.
Fun class…thanks OG!
Nice woding with you Alok!
