B.  AMSAP  3-6-9-6-3 Ladder in 10 minutes:

Toes to Bar

Thought I Felt good going in … Faded FAST! Blah… :(
A. 2 + ladder up to 5, 4, arms felt like lead
B. only did 1 1/2 ladder - had to leave early … Not sure time

A. As Rx’d one ladder… Heavy for me and very hard on the wrists

Oops just read sets in the ladder were to be unbroken… They were not. At all.


A) 3 rounds +1+2+3+4+5= 90 reps as rx’d felt pretty good throughout.
B) 4 rounds +3+6+9= 126 reps had to be careful in the last minute or two as my hands were dangerously close to tearing. Thanks Aly:). Great job everyone in the 9:30 class.


Moo juice so fresh, the bottles still smell like the farm.

A)
12-9-6-3 for time of:
KB Swings 2pd
KB Thrusters 1.5pd/hand (tough to get these to rack properly after every rep)
Pull-ups
GHD Sit-ups
=8:03
Still breathing heavy, but felt good to do some real work.

B)
W/30lb Vest, 3rds:
24″ Drop-Jumps X 10 (Start on top of 24″ box, jump down, then jump up on to another 24″ box in one movement)
Max weighted Chins- 2pd +30lb vest
Max weighted Ring-Dips- 2pd+30lb vest
= 2chins/rd, 1dip/rd

I like Drop-Jumps.


A) 80#, 2 rounds + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 65
B) DNF due to sore back from deadlifts on Monday and time constraint

Could have pushed the push jerks a little more, they felt really good.
The toes to bar are getting better, took it easy on these just so I didn’t tear my hands.

A: 1rd + 1-2-3-4-5 @ 105#. Lighter than last time, and fewer reps. A definite sign I haven’t been lifting enough over the last few weeks.
B: 36 total reps. Lat felt ok; kept swinging to a minimum to reduce any pain from hanging onto the bar.

A: 1 round +1+2+3+4+4 (failed last rep); using 83#
Not a big number of reps, but I haven’t lifted this heavy in a long time. Happy it went well.
B: 1 round + 3 + 6; grip fell apart completely at that point. Attempted a few times to get the 9 reps, but I just could not hang on long enough. My attempts looked as follows 4,6,6,3,3. Very frustrating!!!
