Run was cold at 630am Good thing my HR after the box jumps was through the roof. Otherwise might have really slowed things. On the upside …near frostbitten hands don’t tear easily.

pullups were scaled to a blue band (still recovering from my pulled lat). Stepped down from box jumps; figured my calves would be sore enough between the jumps and running with my vibrams, didn’t want to push that.

Subbed rowing for running (not smart!), used the blue band for C2B p/u’s and stepped up to 24″ after 2 rounds of box jumps.

23:00ish. Double red band for the first 2 rounds, blue band after. Box jumps were as bad as I imagined. Step downs with good pace helps big time. Runs got really slow.
