Scaled right down to a gentle 85# due to dead legs from yesterday’s 5pm ego crusher.

And worked on strict ring dips
Done at home, not as much fun!

Scaled aggressively to bring this deep into the Master’s domain.
115#, C2B pull-ups.
Squats slow but unbroken.
Tried to string C2B at least into sets of 2 but devolved to singles by rep 22.

135#-squat clean first rep and was able to hang on each set without dropping slow and steady. Maybe try RX’d next time. Did not due yesterday’s WOD though haha
Bar muscle ups on high bar and 24” box-this was the slow part!
