3×21 DB thrusters with 1 min rest between sets. 3 minute rest after
AMRAP 10 double unders +15 squats. 3 minute rest after
30 Manmakers

Back Squats are the best – 135/140/145 – I think I could have gone higher but ran out of time. Thanks Colleen for sharing and motivating! Thanks Gord for the great coaching.

Ran (Pose style of course) in the pouring rain from hospital to where I parked my car. Problem was I ran to where I parked my car yesterday. So Rest = 3 min = trying to remember where I parked. Then ran to car…..

First time I do this one. Lot’s of room for improvement. Legs were burning

After a frustrating run of failed squats the last two reps came together and I finished at 250. I think I need to drive harder from the bottom of my squat and get through the dead zone in the middle that is stopping me most of the time.
